RiteCrete PPC
RiteCrete PPC Crete is a polyester polymer based elastomeric concrete and patching material. RiteCrete PPC is designed for durable, fast setting concrete repair applications. It is an excellent patching material and an energy absorbing elastomeric concrete nosing for expansion joints. It achieves over 3500 psi in compressive strength and 800 psi in tensile strength within 24 hours. Designed for rapid strength gain and easy application, which allows us to re-establish traffic safely within 1.5 to 2 hours at temperatures down to 50F. RiteCrete PPC conforms to the Specification AASHTO T-34 Elastomeric Concrete nosing for expansion joint.
RiteCrete-881
RiteCrete-881 is suited for a wide variety of concrete repairs for Bridges, Decks, Parking Garages, Airport Runways, Pavements, Warehouse Floors, Waste Water Treatment Plants etc. RiteCrete-881 is a 100% solids; three-component, high strength, non-shrink epoxy. This fast setting product was developed for a wide variety of concrete repairs. It is an excellent patching material and an energy absorbing elastomeric concrete nosing for expansion joints. RiteCrete-881 offers superior resistance to de-icing salts, petroleum products, chemicals, freeze/thaw cycles and constant abrasion. Meets ASTM-881 Type III standard.
RiteCrete LV
RiteCrete LV resins are a superior blend of low molecular weight epoxy resin and reactive dilutents, designed to produce an easy-flowing reliable system with low drip and no blush. RiteCrete LV Epoxy Resin is typically used at room temperatures using your choice of RiteCrete LV hardeners (Fast, Medium and Slow) in a 2:1 mix ratio of resin and hardener. RiteCrete LV Epoxy Resin can be used in a huge variety of applications including boat hulls and structures which need to completely exclude moisture, as well as laminating and bonding of nearly all materials. This resin boasts a 600 cps viscosity for smooth, easy wet-out of fiberglass laminations. The reduced viscosity of RiteCrete LV Epoxy Resin provides for complete wet out of fiber reinforced fabrics and reduces the potential for voids and other imperfections. RiteCrete LV Epoxy Resin is formulated from 100% low molecular weight reactive solids for excellent moisture exclusion and displays less than 1% shrinkage when cured.
